Worth the hype

I am following in the footsteps of my friends Anne and Tim who have a "Worth the hype" list on their fridge. Great list!! Then Alexis blogged a few things she considers "worth the hype"... and tonight I've got one of my own: The whole house fan. Definitely worth the hype. It is at the top of the stairs and pulls the cool night air from the downstairs through the house, cooling the whole house off within a few minutes of turning it on, awesome!! I was sitting here folding laundry, sweating in a stuffy house, and then remembered the whole house fan. Now I'm almost cold, it's lovely!! The fan also allows me to not run the AC nearly as often, which saves a lot of money. It's a great fan. It's no Joey, but it's definitely worth the hype.
